The yarns available here come from my personal stash, sourced from various festivals, small businesses, and friends. Each yarn is brand new, just without labels. Shipping & Packaging
All orders will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number. For luxury brand items will require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer not to have signature service, please leave a note at checkout.
In an effort to reduce waste, there is no fancy packaging. Instead, we utilize reused packaging and simplify our packaging process. All orders will be packed carefully and safely for sure. Thank you for helping us in our commitment to sustainability.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Once packages hand over to USPS, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing and has been marked “delivered”, please contact your local post office and follow their protocol.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me, and I will make every effort to address the issue. Refunds are available only for items returned within 10 days and must be in their original (unused/unwashed) form. Please must contact me through email BEFORE you ship any products back for approval and return address.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued for full invoice amount minus any shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs will only be refunded if your item was damaged in transit / improperly shipped thus prompting return.
**Yarns are not eligible for return. As I am not a producer, it can be challenging for me to resell returned yarns. I will make every effort to provide clear and detailed pictures for your review. Please carefully examine all details and colors before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.
